The Titans shuffled the deck in their front office with three promotions that shift the balance of power ever so slightly.
General manager Mike Reinfeldt will be moved into the role of chief operating officer and report directly to owner Bud Adams.
Promoted into the general manager role is long-time personnel man Ruston Webster, who spent time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Seattle Seahawks before joining the Titans' front office as vice president of player personnel in 2010.
Webster will now be the man in charge of the football operations in terms of decisions made on personnel with the draft, free agency and apparently will have final say in the event he and coach Mike Munchak can't reach a consensus.

You can bask in the sun and enjoy the nice breeze as everyone else is sweltering in the the heat of those early season games and be able to stand all you want with plenty of storage area behind your seats for jackets, blankets, etc. Am selling them for face value, $500 each, as some health reasons have prevented attendence this past season. Season tickets average $600 per seat for 10 games. These are great seats with an even greater view of the Titans playing field and on the front row. The face value for these PSL's are $1000.00, I am asking $800 each obo. I would like to sell all 4 together, however would consider selling in multiples of 2 and will pay the $100 transfer fee.
