Dwane Casey knows it is a problem endemic to this crazily compressed NBA season but he's finally going to get a chance to deal with it.
With practice time at a premium for teams being asked to jam 66 games into about 120 days (take four off for the All-Star break), Casey and other NBA coaches are lamenting the deterioration of play brought on by not having nearly enough time to correct mistakes.

Thanks to the vagaries of the schedule, the Raptors aren't back out until after the Feb.

The Boston Celtics couldn't have asked for better scoring balance than what they put out in Wednesday's 100-64 rout of the Toronto Raptors before a capacity crowd of 18,624. Five Celtics hit for double figures, and five others scored at least six points apiece, to help...

The compact schedule of the post-lockout NBA doesn't offer many breaks, so the Boston Celtics created one of their own. The reserves didn't let up either as the Celtics crept above .500 for the second time this season with their sixth win...
