This is a wonderful place if you’re looking for a GREAT location and want/need a bedroom, office, guest room and a 2 car garage!

This is one of two different townhouses that I currently have for rent in Pacific Beach. Both are remodeled, light, bright and airy and what makes our places significantly different than the other typical PB rentals is that our units are unbelievably clean and immaculately maintained!

This particular townhouse has a bedroom, office, guest room, 2.5 baths and is located ½ block to Sail Bay in a very well maintained 3 unit complex. There is a little house in front and two townhouses in the back. This is one of the townhouses in the back, but there is no alley, so it is relatively quiet (as PB goes.)

It’s a great townhouse, in a great location. So if you like to walk, run or just hang out in the sun, you’ll love being a ½ block to the bay. Everybody that has ever lived here does! (Hopefully you will too.)

This townhouse (approximately 1200 sq.ft.) has been completely remodeled with new cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms and real ceramic tile on the kitchen and bathroom floors. There is light carpet throughout the rest of the unit, plus it gets a tremendous amount of natural sunlight so the place feels very spacious, very light and very bright. Add a beautiful marble fireplace in the living room and you know this is not a typical PB rental. It’s a home!

Most of the living area in this townhouse is upstairs with one bedroom downstairs. The large downstairs bedroom makes for the perfect guest room with its own attached ¾ bath. It provides your guests privacy, yet a cup of coffee is just up the stairs when they are ready.

The first thing you’ll notice on the sunny second floor is the real wood-burning marble fireplace that I discussed. The living room, dining room and kitchen are combined, for a great room effect. The open kitchen has lots of cabinets and countertop space, so while not tremendously large, it is a great working kitchen. It has a side-by-side refrigerator, with automatic ice maker, a stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, built-in microwave and it even has a reverse osmosis (RO) unit for making filtered water. There are under the cabinet lights, to add some ambiance, and there is a pass-through from the kitchen to the living room, with a breakfast bar, so when friends come to visit, they can pull up a stool and hang out with you. Next to the kitchen and living room, is a dining room, with additional cabinets to provide more storage and glass door cabinets (with lighting) to display your treasures.

As you walk down the hall from the living room/kitchen/dining area there are two floor to ceiling closets. One is perfect for linen and the other has been wired to store stereo equipment. There is a full bath to your right and the bright, sunny office is straight in front of you with three phone lines (for your home line, your business line and your fax) plus cable for your Internet, and built it shelves for your paper and supplies.

The bedroom is just across the hall from the full bath and will easily fit a queen or full sized bed, and maybe even a king, plus all the other “stuff.” There is a very large half bath attached and the bedroom has a large, customized walk in closet with built in shelving units for shoes, sweaters, etc.

There is a laundry room on the property that is shared by the three units and there is room to store your laundry detergent there, as well. And parking… you have a 2 car side by side garage with a remote control garage door opener and being a 1/2 block from the bay, you will really appreciate that!
