Beautiful vintage studio. White floors I painted but landlord will paint a subtle beige color. High ceilings throughout. Nice moldings. Closet space huge in separate vanity area (with built in vanity). Huge space in kitchen cabinets too. Closet next to front door.

Pets are welcome in this building! I dont have any but the security deposit is only 500 for the unit and a 200 or 300 more for pets. Great building Ive lived in for 2 years. Pretty quiet and quaint. Laundry on site. Brand new elevator being installed now which is fabulous in all its vintage galore.

Im trying to fill for Dec.1st since Im moving to a 2 bedroom next week and landlord likes the 30 day notice to start on the 1st of the month. I'll be out by nov 27th if you want to take as is, otherwise floors will be painted etc and it will be avail on nov 30th and thereafter.
