Here's the deal. The house is a 1350 square foot ranch with newer windows, new roof, new siding, 1/4 acre lot, very close to narragansett bay, two large driveways, two car garage with a work bench. A front porch and two rear patios, a laundry room and tons of attic storage. This house is on one level and would be absolutely perfect for anyone with disabilities, wheelchair etc.. Nice neighborhood. I have had my house on the market since August/September and meanwhile I had a job loss which forced me to let the payments slide on this house. I owe 172,000 on the house. My real estate agent is not agressive and had it listed for 199,000 and now 189,000. I need to sell this property. It is in default and will be foreclosed on probably within weeks. In which case my agent will recieve nothing and I will have a foreclosure on my credit. I have two mortgages on the house. A 110,000 main mortgage and a 62,000 equity loan.
