I am looking for an investor that is looking for houses to buy as an investment.
I am wanting to sell my home as soon as possible.
I am moving out of state so I don't want to rent it.
My home is in foreclosure, but there's no sale date, as my mortgage co. is working very good with me because I am waiting on disability.
My home has 3 bed rooms, new siding, roof & furnace along with new duct work, all set up for central air. My home also comes with 2 lots. The front room is enormous & the kitchen has a large amount of wood cabinets that has been stripped to the natural finish, slightly burnt, in a unique way, & are absolutely beautiful. There is also an island in the center of the kitchen, separating the cooking area from the dining area.
There are some cosmetic repairs that the house needs & the front porch is in the middle of being rebuilt.
Please let me know if anyone is interested or if you have any advise on how I go about this.

My home is in foreclosure, but there's no sale date, as my mortgage co. is working very good with me because I am waiting on disability.
My home has 3 bed rooms, new siding, roof & furnace along with new duct work, all set up for central air. My home also comes with 2 lots. The front room is enormous & the kitchen has a large amount of wood cabinets that has been stripped to the natural finish, slightly burnt, in a unique way, & are absolutely beautiful. There is also an island in the center of the kitchen, separating the cooking area from the dining area.
There are some cosmetic repairs that the house needs & the front porch is in the middle of being rebuilt.
