The living room/dining room/all the Bed rooms have hardwood floors. The circuit breaker box got updated to a 100amp service. The 2 spare bed rooms have carpet still installed. I never pulled the carpet since we moved here. The House is coming with fresh painted walls color is Kilim beige. I also added more insulation in the attic so you have R30+. It has a decent sized backyard. The only thing that this house needs is a updated appliances and update the main bath room. Cabinets in kitchen are in good shape just need finishing and more updated cabinet top. Everything works except for the dishwasher. It needs replaced and the plumbing fixed. You are getting a very solid house no leaks in basement. I still have the inspection Papers when I bought the house so you can save your money that way. I will start showing the house in March. This is not a Foreclosure/short sale. I don't have a Realtor I am just wanting to transfer the balance into buyers name. So no Realtors are needed and will have no commission costs to pay this way.
