One has a walk in closet one has a hang up closet. Kitchen area is HUGE Approx 20 feet long by 16 feet wide. There is a door that comes off the kitchen out to a open deck. If you have nice size boat and are paying for storage, what your paying now in storage would be easy 1/4 of the price of your mortgage. I had the A Frame rented out before for $700.00 So if you were to finish the new house you could do what i was going to do and rent out the A Frame and basicly not have a mortgage each month. Property would also be great for the summer and weekends. Even with this you could rent out the A Frame and not have a mortgage payment until you were to finish the inside of the new house. It is weather proof roof windows doors siding DONE! inside half drywall is up but have all the dry wall in the the house ready to be put up. Has a very open floor plan the kitchen living room and dining room is all open, for those 3 rooms living,kitchen,dining room they are 16 feet wide approx 50 long. There is a coverd deck off the living room facing the woods and the lake. So you can watch the views or your boat and jet skis right from your house. The master bed room is 16 foot by 18 foot. The master bed room is the bed room with the greatest views of the lake & woods. The 2nd and 3rd bed room has a jack and jill bath room, The bath room joins off either bed room. One has a walk in closet one has a hang up closet. Kitchen area is HUGE Approx 20 feet long by 16 feet wide. There is a door that comes off the kitchen out to a open deck. If you have nice size boat and are paying for storage, what your paying now in storage would be easy 1/4 of the price of your mortgage. I had the A Frame rented out before for $700.00 So if you were to finish the new house you could do what i was going to do and rent out the A Frame and basicly not have a mortgage each month. Property would also be great for the summer and weekends. Even with this you could rent out the A Frame and not have a mortgage payment until you were to finish the inside of the new house. There is a 6 foot privacy fence that goes around both houses. FAST SALE THIS IS MY BOTTOM PRICE.
