I thought once the bank foreclosed, it had to be put up for auction, and that was that. The worst part I learned about foreclosing, is that the bank doesn't care how much they get for it as long as it covers the debt. so you mighten end up with anything. call a lawyer, we went for a consultation and he told us what we could do, and it cost us $20. but we decided to have him work on our behalf, ($300/hr). the bank hasn't foreclosed yet, we are trying to work something out.
