I have a xbox 360 Slim. I've had it for about 2 months. It has so many games on it. Most of the latest games as well as old school games. When i brought it i brought 2 of them, one for my kids at home and one for when they come over my house. So im selling the one at my house because i spend more time with the playstion. if your console is under manufacturer warranty please have Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo fix it. don't void your warranty! check & save yourself some cash! Run your serial # online or call the (800) number They are responsible..please Use the warranty!
One more valuable tip! DO NOT buy a console of somebody on craigslist! unless you can hook it up and see it working or the warranty seal is intact insuring it has not been opened up!! I get people all the time with broken consoles from craigslist that are trying to get them fixed. 100% of the time (the ones that have been opened) are totally trashed inside! People try one of these ridiculous quickie YouTube type of repairs,ruin them,then pawn them off on people! Don't fall for that garbage! Save your $$
another word of advice. don't try to take it upon yourself to "repair" your console! those little YouTube tricks done by teenage kids DO NOT WORK! Your better off having it professionally done and getting a warranty! I get tons of repairs from people who's systems were totally ruined by trying to do quick fixes themselves. what a waste...

seems like there is a new amateur "whiz kid" on craigslist every day repairing game consoles. If your not choosing me please be careful who you trust your console with. don't let someone experiment on your system! worse yet,swap the internals out and keep YOUR console. It may be tempting to get a $25 quickie Repair but in all honesty it is impossible to CORRECTLY repair a system in that amount of time.
For all board repairs Rrod,ylod etc.. (this accounts for 90% of ps3 and Xbox 360 issues) I use a Reflow Station (Gold-Flow GF-C2 Dual Function) that i picked up when i was working in the Military. this is the ONLY WAY to correct those red/yellow light problems pertaining to the xbox 360/ ps3
*When you get your system back from me it will be TOTALLY dust free inside! Totally spotless internals.
also,for all board repairs (xbox rrod/ps3 Ylod) your console will have the highest quality conducive thermal paste on the market! Believe me, it makes a HUGE difference in heat dissipation.

I can fix the "YLOD" or yellow light of death on the ps3 console as well as all/any other video related and/or drive issues. ((sony wants $150 and 2 months time))
PS3 common fixable issues:
*glitchy grainy video
*sound with no video
*blank/black screen
*discs not reading properly
*not powering on
*beeping off after 2 seconds
if your xbox 360 has the following problems:
"open tray" problem
*E74,E68,E76,ect..
*three red lights (a.k.a. Ring of death)
*not reading discs properly
*sound but no video,
*grainy "screen door" looking video
*freezing
and If your thinking of getting your console repaired at a local game store in SE Michigan the odds are pretty good I'm the one fixing it anyways!! (I do repairs for multiple shops/franchises in the metro Detroit area) Save yourself some $$, cut out the middle man and call me directly. On average you will save $30-$40...
If your like me you have MAJOR trust issues and little faith in humanity ((How could you not these days)) There are a lot of crooks out here! I have countless references & have trusted to me $1,000's of dollars worth of local shop owners gaming consoles at any given time! Im a man of honor and my word! have no worries
