Stage 1 ECU only 211 bhp and 245 ft-lbs
Stage 2 cat back exhaust 225 bhp and 255 ft-lbs
Stage 3 full exhaust, aero fuel injectors, aero air box 250 bhp and 280 ft-lbs
Power levels are based on the B234-T5 and B235-T7 the B204 and B205are slightly less.
The target amount of power for stage I B234/5 is about 235 bhp for FPT versions (T25 turbo) and 260 bhp for Aero models (TD04-15 turbo) stock components.
The target amount of power for stage II B234/5 is about 250 bhp for T25 models and 270 bhp for TD04 models. 3" cat back exhaust required.
The target amount of power for stage III B234/5 is about 270 bhp for T25 models and 280 bhp for TD-04 models. 3" downpipe, cat and exhaust with K& N open air filter.
StageIV power based on B234R original MT.file 306bhp and 361Lb/ft torque, stageIV tunes require specific components to be replaced to achieve target power gains.
