I have been a BMW/MINI tech for 11 years, most of that time was spent at the dealerships. My current labor rate is only $75 per hour. I am fully certified as a Master BMW technician to do everything from small window regulator repairs to Full Engine rebuilding. I am not able to do body work such as dent and dings or painting. If you take it to the dealer I can take care of it for about 50% less using only OEM parts. Since I only use dealer parts for my quotes the warranty given is two years unlimited mileage. Invoices will be written once the repairs are completed. All warning lights will be diagnosed at the cost of one hour of labor but will be subtracted from the total cost of the repair. All quotes given will expire within 10 business days.
Lately I've had a few customers setup appointments then flake out after I've ordered parts. I will NOT order anymore parts for email quotes unless I inspect the vehicle first and verify the repairs that customers inquire about. For the customers that bring me their own parts no warranty will be given.
