Ford 4.6 DOHC all-aluminum V8 engine with Teksid block, same engine as used in 96-98 Mustang Cobra. This engine is in a 1993 Lincoln Mark VIII with 123k miles and runs and drives great. Engine is in excellent condition and is one of the smoothest running 4.6 DOHC's I've seen. This is a 300 hp engine, very lightweight, and gets great fuel mileage. This engine would be ideal for a modern street rod where weight balance and cruisability are an issue. For $650 cash, you get the complete engine from oil pan to intake tubes, 4R70W transmission, all belt-driven accessories (including 3G alternator, good, working, A/C pump, and power steering pump) and starter, complete wiring harness WITH ECU, EDIS module, and any other computers needed (ECU is catch code W3Z3, which is an early-production ECU and has a more aggressive factory tune), all engine sensors, factory aluminum radiator, factory 2-speed electric hi-flo fan (Lincoln Mark VIII fans are notorious for their high CFM; around 4,000 CFM in their "high" setting). Also, if you'd be interested in the rest of the A/C system (blows ICE COLD, so system works), that can be included as well. Engine is still in the car, so you can hear it run before you pull it. I don't have any way to pull the engine, so it will be up to you to bring a cherry picker and pull it and everything else you need. Price is $650 firm for everything listed above. No, I will not sell the entire car and I will not separate parts from the package deal. Thanks.
