Mercedes Car and Trucks Parts Sale by Owner in Boise

I have a set of four Work Ewing wheels for sale. "Work" is the name of the manufacturer, "Ewing" is the model name of the wheels. These are a lightweight 2-piece wheel, and although they look similar to BBS mesh wheels, they are not BBS. I am not sure of the exact size, as it is not stamped anywhere on the wheel, and the paper tag is unreadable. I believe they are 16x7.0 front and 16x8.0 rear. Three have 225-60-16 Toyo tires, the fourth has a 235-60-16 Nexen tire. The tires have very little tread left and should be replaced. All four screw-on center caps are missing the middle logo, I have no idea if you can buy new ones or not. The center cap is cosmetic and doesn't affect the wheel function, you could leave the caps off if desired.

These wheels will fit early models of 126 chassis, i.e. 1981-1985 300SD, 420SEL, 500SEL, etc. They may fit all years of the 126 chassis (1981-1991) and/or the R107 chassis (1980-89 SL roadster), or the W123 chassis (1976-1985 300D/TD/CD) but I am not positive. I don't own any W126/W123/R017 chassis cars so I was not able to test fit them or drive on them.

These wheels DO NOT fit newer model Mercedes like the 300E, 190E, C280, E420, etc. I bought them for my '95 E420 (W124) and found out they will not fit without spacers - the wheels touch the brake calipers on both front & rear. These wheels may fit other models if you use hubcentric spacers, but I prefer not to use spacers, which is why I'm selling them.

Set of 4-16" Mercedes aluminum wheels with lug nuts. no dents or cracks, clear coat peeling on outer edge of rims. No center caps. Great for snow tires
