This vehicle has been in dry storage since 1988 in an upholstery shop and still is.

This car was in the process of a restoration when the owner left the country. The front end was dismantled during the resto project.

The following items are brand new.
- 500 cu in V8 completely and professionally rebuilt by a machine shop with receipt the engine has never been fired up since install. Also has a warranty.
- Transmission has been completely rebuilt
- Rebuilt carb new plugs wires and tune up parts. New exhaust manifold water pump hoses etc.

-Frame and all other front end parts hand cleaned prepped and painted black urethane.

... I won't really go into the model I will leave that to your research for engine size and amenities (look up 2008 Nissan Pathfinder S). This Pathfinder is the sport model with an added factory towing package and running boards. Some features I like especially; The upholstery and carpeting is all flawless very durable and easy to clean. I love that this is the S model because it means there aren't a lot of electronic convenience functions just the ones you need. One push up and down on the front windows. All controls are very clearly marked and convenient (e.g. the four wheel drive on the fly up to 60mph easy steering wheel cruise control). The dynamic drive stabilization is amazing! Last winter I was completely at ease in this vehicle on Snoqualmie Pass in some very hairy slushy weather. All the seats (this has third row seating if you like) fold down to make a perfectly flat space for hauling or camping out. There is twelve volt power all over the vehicle and one outlet up front good for charging cells on because it is wired separately so you don't power surge or need the vehicle running to charge. The rear door has an electronic assist which is very cool but cooler is that the opening is the same width as the wheel wells at a decent 46". If you were to compare this rear space with a Ford Explorer you find that it is larger in length width and height as well as being more square (for anyone who has ever been frustrated at car design for it's useless shapes...here you go). There are awesome tie downs everywhere too. And just for fun if people are sitting in the back seats they'll find each with a shoulder harness and full tilt reclining seats and good leg room maybe not a Cadillac but good and comfortable. Running boards are very nicely designed and help save your doors and your clothing. It tows nicely with well dispersed balance under a load. The towing package is top notch with an easy protected wire harness. An easily accessed full size spare well hidden under the vehicle and good jack if you need it. The four wheel independent suspension is impressive too if you take the time to compare the under carriage of an Explorer you see immediately the longevity and strength of design in the Pathfinder. It is truly an SUV on a truck frame with lots of clearance.

Useful information: 54 750 miles with regular service records from Nissan Bellevue from the first owner. I've been very impressed with the services at Firestone and the four new tires I put on two months ago. The first owner was an older married couple that put on 38000 miles very gently with the records to prove it. The condition of the exterior and interior is in good to excellent shape very solid. Car has been constantly registered and insured has no collisions and very good karma. I don't smoke I don't own pets and doggy guests in the car were infrequent and polite. I am the second owner and I have had the vehicle exactly a year and a half. When I purchased the Pathfinder I was working as a superintendent for a construction company. Now though I have a local lifestyle and I don't quite have the old income so I've decided to let the car go even though I love it dearly.

*PERFORMANCE: The Northstar V8 is a gem. In STS tune it makes 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque slightly more horsepower and less torque than in the SLS. More importantly the STS has a more performance-oriented final drive ratio for quicker acceleration. It reaches 60 mph about a second quicker than the SLS. The 4-speed automatic transmission is enhanced by "Performance Algorithm Shifting" (PAS) a software program that works in concert with the Stabilitrak hardware and software to choose the correct gear in real time as opposed to the multi-mode or adaptive systems used by other automakers. *ROADABILITY: Nowhere does the STS's technology shine as brightly as in its chassis. "Continuously-Variable Road-Sensing Suspension" sets shock damping in real time. Road texture detection helps optimize braking efficiency. The Stabilitrak stability control system combines a yaw rate sensor and lateral accelerometer with the suspension steering ABS and traction control systems to enhance driver control in hard cornering situations such as emergency maneuvers. The STS's suspension tuning is firmer than that of the SLS a luxury-comfort calibration very similar to the best European luxury cars. The STS is supple and comfortable enough for American highway tastes and is one of the better luxury cars made - anywhere - when the road gets interesting.

Everything is up to date. I went to jiffy lube for the air filter and oil change. So all the fluids are topped off at the moment. I Just recently got my Admissions done. No Check Engine Light.

My price is at where it is because I want some money. Anthother reason is that the LAC needs a new Rear bumper Because the paint is Messes up in this spot where it was cracked the last owners tryed to fix it up " home style " which didnt turn out so bad. I can get used but CLEANon ! for a couple Hundred so if I get that extra cash I'll throw that on there. The next thing is that the light for " service suspension system " came up. It doesn't bother me at all. Im not sure even if anything is wrong. It might just be some connection acting up. As I did research It's nothing major most of the time.
