1988 Mitsubishi Mighty Max one ton pick-up 5spd with a little over 105 000 original motor second owner. Has a 8ft bed can haul up to one ton it is registered until April of this year. "For 2004 the Sentra SE-R Spec V stays true to the formula of offering high performance in an unassuming package and adds slightly revised interior and exterior cues plus a new Brembo brake option. Otherwise it's the same 175-horsepower six-speed manual front-drive "sleeper" that autocrossers and Nismo (Nissan Motorsports) fans have grown to love.
At the heart of the Spec V lies a powerful 2.5-liter inline-four engine. The QR25 features technology borrowed from Nissan's acclaimed VQ six-cylinder program (Infiniti G35 Nissan 350Z): micro-finished crank journals and cam lobes molybdenum-coated lightweight pistons electronic throttle and continuously variable valve timing. Beyond this it's fitted with a compact balancer to quell vibration and a tuned exhaust system that accounts for the 10-horsepower advantage over the standard SE-R.
As important as horsepower is torque and the Sentra makes the most torque in this lineup with 180 pound-feet at 4000 rpm. At the dragstrip wheelspin management is the key to the SE-R's second-quickest 0-60-mph and quarter-mile times.
Suspension hardware is decidedly "old school " yet the Sentra is bettered only by the SVT Focus in the handling tests--a testament to Nissan's exhaustive chassis tuning and good performance tires. The 2004 Sentra SE-R Spec V continues to add value and polish to the same old scheme. A revised linkage smooths out the shifter from previously notchy examples. The seats and steering wheel continue to get better with each model year. There's even a new standard trip computer built into the gauges. "
