For sale: 2001 Acura 3.2CL coupe

It has over 200k miles. It is in good cosmetic shape. The shell and interior look great. Maybe a good detailing to bring out the shine but its still a very good looking car. It has an automatic transmission. Still has cold air conditioning and the factory stock stereo with 6-disc CD player.

The bad: The engine has problems - it does not start. My mechanic said it'd be about an $800 repair but I don't care to put that much into it. Maybe you could find a cheaper mechanic or maybe even fix it yourself if you have the know how. I don't really know exactly whats wrong with it. The mechanic mentioned something about a solenoid and a valve? But I didn't really ask as I'm not much of a car person. I do know that you'll have to get a new battery though. Since the motor went bad we haven't been able to crank the car and the battery has lost its charge.

As for me I've had the car over 6 years now and am ready for something else. But I don't want to trade anything. Looking for cash only. May consider a Navy Federal auto-loan check if we go to the bank together to cash it.

Be aware if you do want to come out and take a look at the car and decide you want to buy it you will have to have it towed. It cannot be started and ran in its current condition. AAA tows for free for a short distance I believe (if you're a member). If not your insurance company may provide the service. Again I don't know I'm just throwing ideas out there incase you are interested.
