I have a 98 honda Civic for sale. This car is a great car we just had another child and its too small for us. This car does need some repairs but DOES RUN!
The problems with the car is the ac has gone up we went to a used parts place and found that we could replace it for 25 bucks if we pulled it out ourselves but it got cold before we got around to doing it the heat works great
the catalytic converter needs to be replaced it has a crack in it and because of that the check engine light is on but that is the only reason why it is on we went to auto zone and got the code for it
and our neighbor is a body shop guy who has the thing that you plug your car into and it only puts off this code which means the converter.
The window handles are gone the sun roof doesn't work we bought it that way its basically sealed shut.
Also the speedometer just recently stopped working that is very cheap to fix and does work some of the time. Blue book on this car in the shape it sits now is $2 591.

I am selling my prelude in hopes of getting something a little bigger. In the past year it has had both inner CV boots replaced 4 new tires new battery new plugs and wires new distributor cap and rotor new ignition module new front brakes the seal behind the oil filter alignment and new windshield wiper fluid motor. I have only used synthetic oil and change it regularly. At 100k miles I had all the routine Honda maintenance done; new pumps gaskets timing belt As for aftermarket add ons it has alpine CD player Boston acoustic 12" comp sub and amp skunk2 lowering springs in the front (have the rear set just haven't put them in) air intake 17" falken black and chrome rims slotted and cross drilled rotors red powder coated front calipers.

2003 SVT Focus CD silver with the red interior 2.0 liter DOHC motor rated at 170hp mated to a six speed Getrag transmission. I've owned the car for about 15k miles and it hasn't given me any trouble get around 30 mpg on the highway and around 20-24mpg in town depending on how heavy your foot is. The car is in great condition with only 85 000 miles the car has only ever had synthetic oil in it and has had a recent transmission service and tune up the tires have less than 8000 miles on them and new MOOG swaybar ends the previous owner had the flywheel and clutch replaced at around 63k miles due to a defect in the Ford oem unit. It has the stock audiophile sound system with the factory 8" sub and six disk CD changer and the optional automatic sunroof. The only things on it that are not stock are the K&N airfilter a resonator delete and new alloy rims. I have the stock rims that can go with the car if the you're close enough to the asking price I also have the resonator that was removed and can have it put back on for around $30. The resonator delete only gives it more sound on the upper rpm range its a little buzzy when cold but settles out very quite when the motors warmed up. This is a car that I bought to be my primary transportation to and from UNC charlotte so most of its time with me has been easy highway miles. I don't have to worry about anything with it it doesn't leak anything the heat works better than most trucks and the a/c will drive you out of the car it starts right up everytime.

This car is a buy and drive nothing to fix it was consistently rated above the Honda Civic SI and even the Golf GTI by consumer reports I'm only selling it because I found another vehicle that I want more and won't need this one anymore. While gas prices rise you need a dependable economic vehicle to aid you in your everyday life activites. This 2001 CRV is great on gas and is spacious and a great starter vehicle for young drivers . Only been 2 owners myself and my mother and it has been used mostly for commute to work. The transmission has been REBUILT by Aamco transmissions 2/2/2012 and has a *12 month 20 000 mile warranty.* There is 232K on the vehicle but it is a Honda so you know it still has miles to burn and wont let you down. Just had a BRAND NEW AC unit installed as well as a tune up. No major mechanical issues. A few minor scrathes is all T(cars name) has suffered.
