1987 BMW 325is w/ M50 Engine - For Track and Street - $6000
NOTE: This car may be at an HPDE event at VIR in the near future -- Anyone may attend this event free by signing in at the main track gate as a guest. You may be able to obtain a 'Rider's Arm Band' and be allowed to ride on track at speed with an Instructor / Advanced driver in any car [ TBD if allowable for this event ]. You can ride in this E30 325is to check it out. If you plan to attend please email phone numbers with days / times I might reach you [ how late is ok to call ] and I'll give you contact info to get up with me at the track. You may also just show up and find us in the paddock area. Look for a 95 Yellow M3 and this E30 of various shades of grey. Probably be at end nearest tower and tech shed. If you're a car nut and never been to this track you owe it to yourself to take this opportunity to see it for free and a LOT of really neat cars to include Ferraris 'vettes Vipers Porsches BMWs Mazdas you name it... It's located 15 miles East of Danville and only an hour and a half easy drive from Raleigh. Google VIR race track for more info and directions. Check back for updates as schedule gets updated. Might be the one on Sep 16 or for sure Sep 24 25 and 26th.
Up Date: See Transmission Fuel Pump new HD Urethane custom mounts specifically for this swap etc.; under 'Items replaced or installed since:' below:
I purchased this from a young man in Jan 2010 who over 6 years put thousands into it for maintenance and fun. In January 2009 he installed a M50 engine out of a 1995 525it.
Car is mostly in grey primer and some original silver. Needs a paint job to be a good looker however the body and frame is straight and without rust or bondo. Hence the low price for this custom built fast and balanced E30 325is.
By popular demand... finally some pics of it in all it's multi-grey ugliness... ';)
Go this Photo Album link for pics of the 1987 325is / M50 Track / Street machine what are ugly as sin... told ya:

Willing to work out a deal to cover getting it painted only you get to choose the color otherwise I'm gonna just get it painted any 'ol color and let the buyer take or leave it... ';)
