Selling my daughter's 2006 Chevy Colorado truck (Portland) with her leaving to college so selling for WELL UNDER Kelly Blue Book value and $3 000 to $4 000 below comparable dealer models. Great truck. Super clean (non-smoker) good gas mileage (18 mpg/city & 25 mpg/highway) and surprisingly strong power with the 3.5 liter 5 cylinder engine (auto transmission). I must sell my 1957 Chevy 3100 Series shortbed pickup. It won't take much to finish it. It has a 283cu with Edelbrock performer manifold and 4106 Edelbrock carb doesn't use oil and no leaks and runs fantastic. 3 speed on the floor with a new clutch and power steering. The gray bucket seats are awesome. They have a matching center console and it all fits great in the cab.with 17" Chrome wheels and decent radial tires. Pictures are the truck before I started to strip the paint and the engine prior to the new intake and carb being installed. Stock 6 lug setup with standard brake shoes and the brakes work great. IT IS NOT PAINTED. There is NO rust in the cab floor other than a small spot in the front right panel and that can be treated and sealed with a good seam sealer. I've done minor body work and stripped most of the paint off the cab(hood fenders doors interior rear of cab) but the top and bedsides still need to be done. Some finish body work needed but again all minor. I have the chrome grille which is about a 7 out of 10 in appearance nice chrome headlight doors new chrome exterior door handles new strikers rebuilt instrument panel w/zeroed odometer chrome front bumper all glass and glass frames. Side window glass is out of the truck and some of the side glass has been removed from the frames as I was going to paint them and put new glass in them. The windshield is cracked but has been put back in. Truck runs great! I don't have the resources or the health to finish my dream truck. I waited 20 years for a nice 1957 but now it will go to someone who can finish it and have a fantastic summer cruiser. Also comes with another box without fenders that is in primo shape. Look this truck up on NADA and you'll find that finished right it could bring up to $49 000.
Call Stephen @ 360.719.9287 for an appointment to see this fantastic truck. and you'll want to take it home. It also comes with a gallon of black epoxy sealer and catalyst. I will consider all trades plus cash or a reasonable offer. Be serious have cash and give me a call. I've added pics of the truck in the process of the paint being stripped. 1988 Chevrolet Dually 2wd Ext cab. This truck has 73k Original miles. It has a Fuel Injected 454 and a three speed turbo 400 transmission with a high way gear ratio of what I believe to be 373"s This truck is straight and clean for the year. It is reliable as I just finished a 1400 mile round trip vacation to central Idaho last summer taking a boat and camper. Previous owners had a 23 foot Komfort Fifth wheel they pulled so this truck has not been road hard.

Electric back-up fuel pump . . . main mechanical pump used primarily.
Return lines are vented not connected to fuel pump (he told me fuel valves with return lines are very complicated hence his method of using a back-up electric fuel pump).
Two stock Chevy tanks . . . in hot weather pulling heavy load fuel system can vapor lock electric back-up pump solves that problem when used as needed. Electrical fuel pump also serves as backup pump if mechanical pump fails.

8mm HEI spark plug wires and U joints changed when engine installed in 2003 grease fittings on U joints.

About 2010 front wheel bearings repacked and brake pads changed.

Rebuilt 12 bolt GM corporation rear end with 340 gear ratio installed.

Front and rear receiver hitches.

Auxiliary battery (drivers side of engine compartment). Batteries connected in parallel when key is on . . . hot wire to hitch bed and cab accessories connected to isolated battery when key is off. My father-in-law tells me you can't drain both batteries using accessories when the engine is off (you can only drain the auxiliary battery).

8/2011: New windshield.

7/20/2011: Two new Les Schwab Wildcat tires on rear ($299.26)

Goodwrench 350 engine . . . first went new in different rig with bad transmission (about 30 000 miles) . . . forward pressure ruined crankshaft bearings . . . engine put in this truck engine removed and new crankshaft and bearings installed . . . as well as CLOYES double-roller timing chain and gears installed . . .

New water pump in 2003.
Transmission rebuilt by Grants Pass transmission in 2003.
New heater core in 2007.
New life-time warranty electric fuel pump in 2007.
