For sale is a 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis GS Its white with a black hood/trunk and side moldings. It has a Sony Xplode head unit. Car runs great and will probably run forever. Its a very quick car and very reliable. 0 to 60 in about 7.7 seconds. This car is inspected until June 2012. I have owned this car about a year and its done its justice for me never had to worry about getting to and from work or being carless. I am asking $1500.00 for the car I can consider being negotiable on it I put about $1500.00 into the car and I was hoping to get about that much back being that I paid about $2400.00 for the car. The only issue that I know of really is the service Engine light is on because of a lower 02 sensor I got it checked at Autozone and they said its not a hard or expensive fix just havent gotten around to it. Your welcome to test drive this car and definately come look at in. There are some rust spots on it and some other cosmetic issues that you can put some time into or just leave the way they are. Definately a great deal for someone who needs a car!!!!

1997 Mercury Mountaineer with the V8 5.0 L cast iron engine. The same engine ford put in the mustangs in the 90's. It was my dads car and he was the original owner. It has been in Georgia its whole life so it has no rust and has never been in the snow. I just brought the car up from my dads house in December when he gave it to me. It has 118 000 on it but my dad is a car freak so he kept it in excelt condition so it runs like it has 30 000 on it. Every fluid in the car was changed multiple times through its life and the Oil for the engine transmistion and differential were all changed every 3 000 miles. It is AWD and goes anywhere. It has a full Alpine sound system a magnaflow exhaust an aftermarket cooler The interior is pretty much perfect and it was gaurage kept so the paint is also in really great condition. It still has Georgia plates and I haven't had it inspected yet for PA. It runs and drives perfectly and needs nothing. The only reason I want to sell it is because I am a truck guy so I would consider a trade for a truck or a quad with cash added onto the deal. Great Condition needs new engine and you tow it out will drop down to $500 at the lowest it is washed as you see in the pictures that there is green stuff on the side we washed it all off and it looks greatand sort of detailed inside but we prefer that if you are buying it to drive that you take it to a better detailer and the tires need pumped back up besides that it looks band need with just a few small scratches that you cant even notice from a foot away we are trying to get it out of our driveway as fast as possible its been sitting there for a couple years if your you like more pictures text me
