Great running CL.. gets 30mpg. Sunroof Leather Power Seats ect (missing radio). Paint looks great. Will need a shift solenoid i beleive. You have to manually shift it by going to neutral between gears. I took it to a tranny shop and they said it wasnt the tranny. I'm not sure. Just had another baby and need something that seats six. 2001 Prelude 152 000 miles DOES NOT HAVE THE BLACK RIMS AND TIRES- its back on the factory rims tires have 20 000 to 30 000 miles left on them.."Sportronic/Tiptronic/Manualmatic" automatic/slapshift black on black strong engine cd/mp3/aux player sunroof. I've had this car for 7 years and am the second owner. It's an unusually good looking vehicle to be 13 years old. Has 158K miles on it and still runs just as smooth and quiet as ever and it's fast! 225 HP V6 engine. It has the normal wear and tear you'd expect from any 13 year old vehicle but I take very good care of my cars. I'm actually a little over board with how picky I am with them. I am selling this car simply because I bought an SUV. Need the extra room for my 2 year old business and just over all space. When looking at Acura TL's with a V6 between years 98-2003 be sure they have had the transmission rebuilt. All transmissions on V6 engines for Acuras had problems. Do they all need replacing? I'm not saying that just simply that it was a notorious problem with them. I have had the transmission rebuilt on this vehicle and it runs great! I also had the timing belt and water pump replaced along with replacing the front two axels. Had a new ignition switch installed and window actuator that controls the power door locks. okay so i have had the car for about 7 months now it has 211k Miles but dont let get you down cuz it runs great i take very good care of this car and i was going to keep it but im just looking for something newer.

The Goods:
-8k password jdm hids.
-AEM Cold air intake.
-i got brand new yokohama tires put on when i got the car.
-Kenwood ipod ready stereo.
-New Kenwood door speakers.
-has a password jdm itr shift boot.
-RSX shift knob.
-GSR fat five wheels.
-no rips in the seats.
-Transmission fine shifts great.
-ac/heat works great.

The bads:
- it needs body work needs a new fender front Bumper and rear bumper the tunk/hatch has dents in it but i got a tunk/hatch last weekend so i will throw that in with the car.
-dent in the quarter panel.
-head liner has some small rips.
-Windshield is cracked on the bottom.
-but really the only problems with the car is the body work.

Car has skunk 2 coilovers 4-2-1 Header intake red valvecover and brand new JDM B18A1 with 6k miles....have papers and shop name where engine replacmement was done at (the other motor threw a rod and was completly trashed.) If you need them. I have over 3 000$ in new parts in the last year including clutch brakes cooling system (radiator and fans) belts master brake cylinder as well as a brand new heater core too. Also have 8k HID's and an extra replacment set to go with them just in case one of them goes out as well as yellow tint high beams (pictured below) Car has a couple of external defects such as dents and scratches.. etc but interior is PERFECT and only 155k on the actual body also NO RUST. Runs really well too.....HAVE ALL PAPERS FOR EVERYTHING. Price is firm Car shifts and runs great. Drives awesome has great sound system and Brand new tires with brand new rota slips.
