The car is equipped with an Automatic transmission with a sport mode that allows for more performance orientated driving. I am honestly very impressed with the way the transmission shifts and responds. Get the power of an M3 without dealing with the headache of a manual in stop-and-go LA traffic.
The exterior is in great condition. The car has never been in any accidents to my knowledge. The paint is smooth like glass, very shiny. As you can see from the pictures, you can see a full reflection of the sky and surroundings. The car is very beautiful. There are some minor scratches and small door dings. See pictures. The interior is in great shape with no tears or rips. Leather is very soft. Everything works and the car is equipped with the Harmon Kardon Premium sound system, 6-disc CD changer, Cruise control, and more options.
The car comes with the Upgraded E46 M3 wheels in the 17” original size with 225/45/17 front tires and 245/40/17 rear tires. Full size spare unused with jack tools in trunk. Tires have plenty of tread on them and upgrade the look of the car to the newer models. This is a very fun car to drive and impressive when seen in person.

THE BAD:
-minor dings here and there but not noticable or much
-car has alittle click noise when starting off on first gear but i think its the warned out brakes and a squeaking noise
(noise is coming from axle not transmission, transmission still shift smooth)
-car leaks alittle oil but i think its oil pan after gasket changed
(hasn't been leaking lately)
