1996 Landrover Discovery for sale with 140k miles. Car is mostly clean with exception of cracked turn signal and needs high pressure steering hose. Car registration has been payed but needs smog. 1997 Landrover Discovery SD7. runs and drives great. good brakes and tires. Motor repair (head gasket, radiator and water pump replacement) in 2008. No problems. Good interior, paint is good except hood is getting "peely" looking. Has small seats in back so it can seat 7 persons. airconditionig, and sunroof....has saggy headliner-. Body is good, with a small scratch/dent on left fender (see piture) and a little rust spot near each top window (see picture).
This is a great car, and its 4 wheeldrive is awesome! I am using company car, so away she goes! Totally dependable.

The short: 2003 Land Rover Freelander, 55k, automatic all wheel drive, salvage. Rush great! $5500, obo. Or trade for truck. The long: This is an awesome car! The Freelander is the smallest Land Rover, which makes it a great LA compromise. Mine is salvaged title, due to minor accident. It only has 55k on it! I have owned it for about a year and a half, and have not had any problems with it at all. If you must know, I am selling because I need a truck to haul my motorcycle (I'm tired of renting a trailer every time.) But, in the year that I have owned this, it has been to Death Valley, Pismo Beach and Black Rock Nevada, and several camping trips. It is a great off road vehicle (at Pismo Beach, the little rover never got stuck, and all my friends did get stuck.....including a Subaru and a Jeep!) It also has a pretty strong engine. I pulled a heavy trailer all the way to Nevada and back without any problems at all (1300 miles!) It also gets pretty good gas mileage for a SUV, at around 21+ highway, and 16 mpg pulling a (heavy) trailer! So, in my opinion, this vehicle is a great compromise between a large SUV and a car, and it is small enough to easily park in LA. It is an automatic, with sport shifting if you feel you need the power (this is what I used pulling the trailer). It also has descent control so you can gear it down nice and low for going down steep declines. Now, about the salvage-ness of the vehicle. It was in an accident (maybe 10k miles ago?) on the right side of the vehicle. I inspected it thoroughly before I bought it, and there is no frame damage, or engine damage. Everything works properly. It is just has different colored panels (so you can even see what was replaced). So, if you are buying the Landrover as a status symbol, this one might not live up to your expectations (unless you paint it....the (leather) interior is still in good condition, and very comfortable). If you want to buy this vehicle to beat the hell out of it and take it camping, and to Mexico and off-roading (it can do dunes at Pismo Beach!) then you won't care about the color, and you'll actually be happy it is multi-colored since then you won't cry when the paint gets scratched!! All in all, great little car (or truck thingy), that I would highly recommend to anybody that likes adventure!
PS. I am willing to trade for a truck. I would prefer 4 door trucks, with 4x4, and manual transmission. Great trucks would be Nissan Frontier, or Toyota Tacoma. I might also consider a bigger Landrover, like a Discovery or something--though I prefer a truck. Or, of course, $5500 obo.

Hi - I want an SUV! and will be selling my BMW Z4 - It has been garaged kept and barely used. Perfect condition. bought from BMW dealership and treated like a baby! detailed every year, waxed every 2 months, washed every 2 weeks.
It is white with a tan convertible top and tan leather interior. It is a 2004 and the best part is that it has only 13, 335 miles! It is in completely perfect condition ( I told you, I barely used it!) It has power everything and I also installed a aux for ipod playing - which was installed by the bmw dealership! And the tires are premium tires as well!
