Up for sale my 89' chevrolet C/K 1500. It's been my daily driver for the last 6 years still is. I have too many vehicles I am moving further from work and I had an injury at work screwing me a bit financially which is the only 3 reasons im selling this. I am actually a bit distraught in my decision to sell it don't really want to but need cash.
Anyways It is a 1500 8 ft bed regular cab 2 wheel drive 305 throttle body injected 700R4 transmission cap on the bed. It's not without it's faults has some dents some rust but it's mechanically sound. It's a work truck. I havent actually used it as a truck in some time so it needs a home where it will be used to its maximum potential. After an oil change I wouldn't be afraid to drive it to California in it's current condition.
The good New parts installed (last 3 years) New alternator new starter new fuel pump new tires (about 70% tread left on Cooper A/T's) new brakes (pads shoes drums rotor's wheel bearings). New rear wheel bearings and axle seals almost all new brake lines. New exhaust system from the manifolds back "Bulldog" battery last year. New radio (c/d player usb memory card and Ipod adaptable) New transmission (rebuild). Starts runs drives anywhere fearlessly would not be afraid to drive it to California the way it sits after an oil change. Passes e-check!
The bad Hole in the radiator about 3/4 the way up. Retains the coolant thats in it and doesent use anymore but it takes a minute to circulate to the thermostat and coolant temperature sensor which causes it to run crappy about a minute after it fires up. once the coolant circulates to the thermostat it goes back to running just fine! NO HEAT no heater core i think it's like 8 screws on a pannel under the pass side dash slip your new one in connect it to the hose and reinstall the cover and your good to go. Im lazy never did it but it is a really easy job. The passenger side manifold needs replaced just old and corroded. it's not ungodly loud or anything but you can tell it's leaking where it meets the new "Y"pipe on the exhaust. Leaks a bit of transmission fluid from the lines they've been patched a few times but could used replaced. Im talkin less than a quart a week. Speedo doesent work right and the mileage gauge stopped at 156 xxx this spring.
Bottom line is this: CASH ONLY! NO LOW BALLERS (I'm a tow truck driver and at $300 a ton for current scrap prices could easily scrap it for $600 It's worth more than that.) Like I said I really don't want to get rid of it but it's better off at a home where it's needed and will be used for the old work truck it is. Call Jim 216-218-2417

1996 Chevrolet Caprice Selling my fathers car.
Burgandy with Burgandy Cloth interior. Good running and good looking not very rusty does have some scratches and minor bumps. Mileage is unknown ( I guess its probably about 110 000?).
The odometer is digital and gives weird readings But the trip meter and all other guages work ok.
Power steering leaks when running I added after 300 miles.
Good tires brakes etc. Car was serviced regularly and drives very nice. I took it on a trip to Michigan 4 or more years ago and it got really good mileage about 28mpg on the highway.
Health forces sale. Asking $2500.00

One spot of rust on the passenger side cab corner. Interior is in good shape. Has a meyer ez-classic plow 8ft poly-carb blade good shape e-60 quick lift pump rebuilt this year. Night Sabre lights. 1996 Chevrolet Caprice Selling my fathers car.
Burgandy with Burgandy Cloth interior. Good running and good looking not very rusty does have some scratches and minor bumps. Mileage is unknown ( I guess its probably about 110 000?).
The odometer is digital and gives weird readings But the trip meter and all other guages work ok.
Power steering leaks when running I added after 300 miles.
Good tires brakes etc. Car was serviced regularly and drives very nice. I took it on a trip to Michigan 4 or more years ago and it got really good mileage about 28mpg on the highway.
Health forces sale. Asking $2500.00

Third row removable seating heated leather seats navigation power everything - even mirror folding/tilting power moon roof auto leveling etc. This is the same as an Escalade with out the Cadillac badging. This also has the rear DVD player & monitor with remote and IR headphones! This vehicle just had the fuel sending unit/pump replaced. This was a $1000 job. One spot of rust on the passenger side cab corner. Interior is in good shape. Has a meyer ez-classic plow 8ft poly-carb blade good shape e-60 quick lift pump rebuilt this year. Night Sabre lights. 1995 Chevy K2500 4x4 6.5 turbo diesel 228XXX Miles runs Great body is solid with the normal paint flaking scratches and a few dents but nothing major. One spot of rust on the passenger side cab corner. Interior is in good shape. Has a meyer ez-classic plow 8ft poly-carb blade good shape e-60 quick lift pump rebuilt this year. Night Sabre lights. This year was the first time a plow was put on the truck plowed great the 3 times it snowed so far! Selling because I dont have the time to plow with school and my regular job. Asking $6000 OBO

Third row removable seating heated leather seats navigation power everything - even mirror folding/tilting power moon roof auto leveling etc. This is the same as an Escalade with out the Cadillac badging. One spot of rust on the passenger side cab corner. Interior is in good shape. Has a meyer ez-classic plow 8ft poly-carb blade good shape e-60 quick lift pump rebuilt this year. Night Sabre lights. This year was the first time a plow was put on the truck plowed great the 3 times it snowed so far! Selling because I dont have the time to plow with school and my regular job. Asking $6000 OBO
