For sale is a very nice 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Pro Touring project car. The car was originally a 6 cyclinder engine with a 3 speed manaul transmission and had only 26xxx original miles. This car was from North Carolina and brought to Ohio in 1973 and has been in a garage ever since. The car was all original when disasembled and has been sanblasted and primed and is a very solid car. Most unwanted parts have already been sold as my intentions were Pro Touring. I have a documented 24xxx mile late model LS1 engine, and 6 speed manual transmission in place now and also have a posi rearend. The interior is from the same donar 24xxx mile 2002 camaro z28 consisting of the complete dash, center console, steering column, leather seats, carpeting, etc. ebony (black) in colar and looks awsome in the car. I consider this to be in a mockup stage for fitment of parts and will require someone with skill to furhter complete this project. I also have a set of 17" Eagle wheels and tires for the car that are similar to the Tourqe Thrusts. I have alot of money invested and to much to say about the potentail here. My vission of a true Pro Touring 68 Camaro is 160 mph capability with the airconditioning on and can be driven in modern egronomic comfort and handling to California and back. NOS PARTS included: front & rear bumpers (rear still in blue coating, stainless door guards, tail, marker (front & rear), turn signal lens, dash clock, shift indicator, wiper linkage/pivots, & a complete set of WHEEL OPENING MOLDINGS........
