I have a 1963 Mercury Comet for sale! I hate to do it I love the car but unfortunately I don't have the time to put into her that she needs. The exterior is in good shape minus a paint job needed for the hood and the interior has been completely re vamped with black and white leather bench seats and new carpet. The engine is a straight 6 and I won't lie to you it needs a little bit of work. There is a small gas leak the choke needs to be adjusted and the brakes need to be replaced... but other than that she starts and drives just fine every time! The convertible top still works just fine there are some minor repairs but really pretty good shape for a car like this. It still has the old school a-track in it but I actually have a really nice cd player I was planning to put into it that I'll just give you. Oh she is the classic comet red but like I said the hood needs a paint job. I get a lot of looks in the car really fun and easy to drive and always a conversation starter no matter where you go!

I am asking $7 000 or best offer because it's almost impossible to find a car like this in this good of shape only needs a tiny but of TLC. Please email me anytime if you want more info or you would like to come take a look at her.

Very original and well kept Cougar Convertible original XR7 performance package. Car shows 55 000 miles in a 5 digit odometer. Overall is a very clean and well maintained highly desirable convertible.

351C 4V. New FMX transmission with 1 year warranty. New dual exhaust and manifold. Replaced water pump and cooling system suspension power steering and rear brake cylinders.

Interior is all white leather and in excellent condition. Rear passenger vent window does get stuck sometimes and some of the dashboard gauges go out but other than that everything works great.

I have all the receipts and the car is absolutely turn key ready to drive every day.

Runs great! This van is parked in my gated community on Camino La Costa. Blue Book vaule is 3100.
Inspection good through 11/12
Has only 94 400 plus miles on it.
What has been repaired:
1) Front Brakes and Rotors
2) ERG has been fixed and cleaned
3) New front right tire
4)Oil Change back in November of 2011
What needs to be repaired as far as I know:
1) Front left axle leaks fluid. Two mechanics stated that this can be fixed down the road.
2) Regular Maintenance
3) Shakes a little bit on the front left when at the light.
4) There are some dents on the left and right sides.
5) Front Windshield has a crack. However it did pass inspection in November of 2011.
6) Back break light on left side needs to be fixed.
